Originally concocted for the writer and adventurer Ernest Hemingway by his favorite bar in Havana. This lower sugar twist on a classic gin sour is iconic at Berghain, Berlin. Pomegranates are one of the heart fruits of Morocco.
ingredients
- 50 ml PALMARÁE golden gin premier cru
- 20 ml pomegranate syrup / grenadine
- 30 ml fresh lemon juice
- Ice cubes
- Optional: grapes & toothpicks

Shake all the ingredients together and strain into two shot glasses. Garnish with a skewered a grape or two.
