The French and people of Marrakech have long had a love affair. This is our ode to the classic French 75, adding a little sunshine to it.
ingredients
- 45 ml Palmaráe Gin
- 75 ml Champagne / Sparkling Wine
- Medjool Date Syrup
- 1 x Lemon Wedge
- Pomegranate powder (mixed with edible pink glitter)
method
Wet the side of the flute with a moist towel. Press the side of the flute into the pomegranate/glitter powder mix.
Add a drop of Medjool date syrup into the bottom of the flute. Squeeze in a few drops of lemon. Pour in the Palmaráe Gin, followed by the champagne / bubbles of your choice.
