Mash-Mash Picante

ingredients 
  • 40 ml PALMARÁE golden gin premier cru
  • 20 ml apricot liqueur
  • 20 ml lime juice
  • 10 ml agave syrup
  • 4 slices of chilli
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: spicy/smoky salt mix
method

Shake all ingredients together and strain into a rocks glass over ice.
For an extra chic presentation, wet the rim of the glass and roll it in a mix of spicy/smoky salt or a mix of sea salt with Ras el Hanout powder.
